Learning in the professional development track begins with the first steps taken in social work classes in academia and in academic classes in other related welfare professions. Learning is lifelong and the MOWCS provides the continuum of studies for the training for the various positions throughout the individual's professional life.
- Partnership with the "Osim Shinooy" Association – Students for the Future of Social Work and Welfare Services in Israel
- Presentation of the MOWCS and its work in the framework of the days of preparation for graduates of the third year of social work studies
Development of knowledge and programs presided over by leading academic researchers, such as: - The poverty aware social work paradigm headed by Professor Michal Krumer-Nevo from Ben Gurion University, which was fully integrated in the training and instruction programs at the MOWCS
